Return & Exchange Policy

At Cynique, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have the option to return or exchange your items under the terms described below.
Returns
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or any other signs of wear.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that do not meet these criteria.
Timeframe
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return items, as per French consumer law. Once notified, you will have an additional 14 days to send the items back.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Online Orders (France):
Contact us at cynique.archives@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

- You will then have to pay a €4.99 fee for sending back the item(s).
2. International Orders:
Contact us at cynique.archives@gmail.com with your order details. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Cynique is not responsible for customs duties or taxes incurred during international returns.
Return Fees
- France: As mentioned, returning your order will incur a fee of €4.99.
- International: Return fees vary by region and are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us for rates. Customs duties are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item(s), they will undergo an inspection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or Personalized Products: Items that have been personalized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged, as per French law, unless they are defective.
- Mystery Products: Mystery Hoodie, Mystery T-shirt, and other mystery items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges are only available for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact us at cynique.archives@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size or product you’d like.
- Once approved, send the item(s) back using the provided instructions.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Exchange Fees
- France: Exchanging an item will incur a fee of €4.99.
- International: Exchange fees vary by region. Contact us for details.
Processing Times
- Your replacement item will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and approve your returned item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing cynique.archives@gmail.com. Include photos of the damage or defect for faster processing.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
Important Notes
1. Multiple Orders:
Each order has a unique reference number, and returns must be processed separately. Combining items from multiple orders in one return package may result in delays or errors.
2. Inspection Policy:
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo an inspection.

- Rejected items will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
3. Shipping Costs:
